We start with business immersion which allows us to quickly build deep context around the problem at hand. User research gives us a lot of data but we also employ other ethnographic and analytic techniques to create a complete picture.
Here we rapidly work through brainstorming workshops, sketching and considering all possibilities. This gives us a wide field of ideas that we can slowly edit until we come to a handful that we collectively feel have some viability.
With a few concepts in mind we begin to wireframe and design the product. And we make our ideas tangible by creating lightweight prototypes.
Test & Iterate
Testing our designs and prototypes with real or proxy users, and then integrating feedback from these observations, refines our product and validates it with the market.
