Design Manager
Lin is a design leader who is passionate about helping people and products grow. She started her career as a graphic designer and furthered her education at IIT's Institute of Design. Lin loves studying human behavior and uncovering the "why" behind everything.
Lin has lived in 6 states: Montana (buffalos!), New Mexico (pueblos!), Pennsylvania (steel!), New York (concrete jungle!), California (palm trees!), and Illinois (deep-dish pizza!). These frequent moves have taught Lin to be empathetic, open-minded, and curious — skills she applies to her everyday work. However, despite her abundant experience of being "the new kid," Lin is still socially awkward at parties.
Lin has worked at a variety of companies, including Allstate, 4moms, American Eagle Outfitters, and Nokia. While large corporations provide stability and established processes, Lin has a soft spot for a more intimate workplace with great culture and interesting projects.
Every day is a new adventure — bon voyage!
