Custom software,
data engineering, and
production AI
for complex
organizations.

Made In Tandem embeds senior engineer-architects who own architecture, delivery, and AI-augmented execution from planning to production.
We call them Conductors.

Made In Tandem team members collaborating across engineering reviews, product strategy, and client working sessions

Choose the work you need, or start with the assessment that clarifies it.

Our assessments are fixed-scope entry points when you need evidence, alignment, and a practical next step. Each one connects naturally to the larger capability it helps you scope, plan, and de-risk.

What kind of problem are you trying to solve?

Your situation Recommended path
Legacy system is holding the business back Legacy Modernization
Systems don't talk to each other Systems Integration
Data isn't ready for AI or analytics Data Readiness
AI pilot is stuck in testing AI to Production

How delivery actually works.

The Conductor is the accountable center, not a heroic single point of failure. Client context, AI-assisted execution, senior engineering, QA gates, and production handoff all run through one delivery system.

01 Ownership

The Conductor

Owns architecture, delivery planning, stakeholder communication, context management, quality control, security reviews, and the final production outcome. Learn more about how our Conductors work.

02 Context

Client team

Brings domain knowledge, constraints, existing systems, decision makers, and the people who will inherit the work.

03 Acceleration

AI agents & tools

Generate scaffolding, tests, documentation, migration helpers, and analysis under structured client context.

04 Depth

Senior engineers

They bring human judgment to AI-collaborative work: complex implementation and the build calls that need a person, not a model.

05 Control

QA gates & human review

Automated checks run first. The Conductor reviews architecture, security, behavior, edge cases, and fit against the actual problem.

06 Operations

Production handoff

You get code, infrastructure-as-code, ADRs, runbooks, monitoring notes, handoff documentation, and a team that can operate it. See some of the work we've delivered.

What shows up early

In the first days and weeks, you should see concrete artifacts, not vague status updates.

  • Current/future-state architecture map
  • Architectural decision and risk mitigation logs
  • Delivery plan and release milestones
  • Backlog tied to business outcomes
  • Quality gates and review workflow
  • Most importantly...working software!
Key-person dependency

What if a Conductor is unavailable?

We plan for that like adults. Engagement context lives in shared repositories, ADRs, working notes, QA gates, and handoff docs, not one person's head. Backup reviewers can follow the trail, senior engineers have the context they need, and escalation paths are clear before anyone needs them.

AI-assisted does not mean unsupervised. Client code, data, and architecture decisions stay under Conductor control. Enterprise-grade AI tooling, explicit data controls, and documented workflows support security and safety.

You don't need a polished RFP. Tell us what's stuck, what deadline matters, what systems are involved, and what you've already tried.
