Ronda is a native Texan who is passionate about relationship building and guiding clients to successful outcomes. She thrives on the challenge of bringing teams together to accomplish significant goals. After graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in health information management, she spent over 10 years in sales and client management before joining the Tandem team. Ronda believes that empathy is the key to innovation and creativity, curiosity is the key to growth. In her free time, Ronda enjoys reading, any kind of competition and listening to podcasts. Her empathy and curiosity come in handy when she is managing her two teen daughters schedules and staying abreast of social media.
